David Pinckney

David Remington Pinckney is the Lead Pastor at RoG. His role includes keeping the church on vision, providing most of the Sunday messages, leading the staff team and keeping himself out of trouble. He was born in 1963 in Warsaw, NY and got his middle name from his uncle and grandfather. He married Sharon in 1988 and they have four sons and one daughter (who is not spoiled). He earned a Master of Divinity from Bethel Seminary of the East and also has an honorary degree from the School of HKBCDG (hard knocks, bad choices, divine grace). He enjoys traveling, playing video games with the kids, people, and aquariums (he actually successfully bred angel fish, once). he loves Italian food and Longhorn T-bones!



 
David Gilbert David Lee Gilbert is Ministries Pastor at The River of Grace. His responsibilities focus on facilitating optimum ministry performance among church leaders. He also oversees the administrative structure of RoG, as well as the development of our small groups and adult education ministries. He loves to support and encourage others in their ministry roles.
 


David was born in 1949 in Van Wert Ohio. He is the middle in a set of identical triplets (he claims tobe the better looking one). All three brothers are pastors. His work experience includes being on as a farm hand; low pressure to high pressure to steam engineering licenses; the Powerhouse Chief Engineer for Chrysler Defense; Assistant Plant Engineer. His undergraduate degree is from Cedarville College and he has a MA in Ministry from Lancaster Bible College. David is married to Lois and they have three adult children and four grandchildren. To relax he enjoys amusement parks, and outside yard work. His favorite car is a 57 Chevy and the first car he learned to drive on was a 52 Studebaker Hawk. David’s favorite restaurants are Applebees and Olive Garden (fortunately, both can be found in Concord)!
